Brief Project Description:


  • 3 nos. of Transformer with a Total Connected Load of 4,889 KW
  • Fully Integrated Fire Alarm System with 2 panels (1 no. of FACP & 1 no. of FRCP ), Emergency and Exit Light System
  • Low Current Systems & CCTV System
  • GSM and Structured Cabling System
  • Lightning Protection and Earthing System
  • Fire Fighting System consists of Sprinkler, Hose Reel (Cabinets) and Aerosol Fire Suppression System
  • Plumbing System consists of Water Supply Piping with Sanitary Ware Installation, Booster Pump Set (8 nos.), GRP Water Tank (8 nos.), Hot Water System and Storm Water Network of more than 1000 linear meter
  • HVAC System consists of DX-Ducted Split Units and Factory Exhaust Fan
