Brief Project Description:

  • 21 nos. Transformer with total connected load of 26 megawatts.
  • GSM & Structured Cabling System.
  • Lightning Protection & Earthing System.
  • 990 nos. of DX units for residential block, 600 nos. of CHW FCUS, 4 Chillers of Total 1200 TR capacity, 8 nos. of DX FAHUs, 5 nos. of CHW FAHUs. 9 nos, of water transfer, booster and sump pump. Fire/ Sprinkler pump set (2 nos.) with total capacity of 2500 gpm.
  • Car Park Ventilation System with full capacity of 766,800 m3/hr smoke extraction.
  • Fully integrated FA System (with 11 panels) and BMS System.
  • 4 nos. Standby Generators with 440 KVA capacities.
